Lead Production Assistant
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Provide support to the Operations Superintendent, Foremen and Engineers.
Know each area in your region thoroughly for each Operations Assistant working for you.
Have a working manual ('how to') for each assigned dutySupervise special projects to meet assigned deadlinesApprove timesheets for assigned employeesTrack production and sales; communicate with foremen and superintendent questionable well production or loads that should/appear to be ready for saleGenerate PhdWin reports and plots with month end production dataShare production and sale reporting responsibilities with other Lead Op Assistants (rotating schedule)Share month end PhdWin plots distribution/finalization with other Lead Op Assistants (rotating schedule)Assist foremen, engineers and superintendent with projects (as assigned or assign to Op Assistants)Develop/test/implement procedures to streamline reports, etc.
Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlinesDemonstrate basic computer knowledge through effective use of a personal computer including Microsoft Office applications Education/
Experience:
High School Diploma Computer and Technical Skills:
Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel skills Recommended Skills Communication Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Requirement Prioritization Sales Streamlines Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
